1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service apply to use of the STARPRODVIT website and to requests for our advertising and promotional campaign support services. By submitting a request, approving a proposal, or engaging our services, you agree to the terms applicable to that engagement.
2. Services
Our services may include promotional campaign concepts, advertising material development, brand message development, and promotional activity planning. Specific deliverables, timing, revisions, price and scope may be described in a written proposal, invoice, statement of work or other written confirmation.
3. Scope Exclusions
Our work focuses on creative preparation and organizational support. We do not buy media, place advertising inventory, directly manage advertising budgets, operate affiliate marketing programs, promote gambling, or receive, hold or control client funds as part of these services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate business information, timely feedback, approvals and lawful source materials. Clients must have appropriate rights to trademarks, photographs, text, product claims and other materials they ask us to use.
5. Pricing, Changes and Additional Work
Website prices are starting prices and may change based on complexity, quantity, formats, revisions and project requirements. Work outside the confirmed scope may require a revised price or separate approval before it begins.
6. Creative Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables before use, including factual claims, legal disclosures, spelling, dates, prices, product descriptions and brand requirements. Final approval means the client accepts the material for its intended use subject to any separate written terms.
7. Third-Party Platforms and Vendors
Campaigns may ultimately be executed using third-party printers, publishers, social platforms, advertising platforms, email providers or other vendors selected by the client. Their availability, policies, pricing, moderation decisions and technical performance are outside our control.
8. No Guaranteed Campaign Results
Creative and promotional support cannot guarantee a particular number of sales, leads, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, return on investment, audience response or other commercial outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including offer quality, distribution, audience, timing, competition and execution.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables are determined by the applicable project agreement or written scope. Pre-existing tools, templates, methods, know-how and third-party materials remain subject to their existing rights and licenses.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services to submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing material, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use forms for spam or mass messaging.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may refuse or stop work when necessary because of nonpayment, unlawful instructions, abusive conduct, material scope changes, security concerns or other serious project issues. Any payment or delivery consequences will depend on work already completed and the applicable written agreement.
12. Governing Principles
These Terms are intended to operate together with any project-specific written agreement. If a project agreement contains terms that directly conflict with these website Terms, the project-specific written terms control for that engagement.
