1. Project-Based Services
STARPRODVIT provides professional creative and organizational services. Because time is reserved and work may begin before a final deliverable is visible, refund eligibility depends on the project stage, the work already completed and any written project terms.
2. Before Work Begins
If a client cancels before substantive work has started, we may return amounts paid for work not yet performed, less any nonrecoverable third-party costs or specifically agreed reservation charges.
3. After Work Has Begun
Once research, concept development, writing, design preparation, planning or other project work has started, amounts attributable to completed work are generally not refundable. Where appropriate, any unused portion may be evaluated based on the agreed scope and documented project progress.
4. Completed and Delivered Work
Payments for completed and delivered services are generally not refundable merely because the client later changes direction, does not implement the materials, or does not achieve a particular promotional result.
5. Client Delays or Missing Information
If work cannot proceed because required client information, approvals or materials are not provided, we may pause the project. Refund or cancellation treatment will depend on work completed and any resources already committed.
6. Third-Party Costs
Any approved external cost that cannot be recovered from a third-party provider is not refundable through STARPRODVIT. We do not buy media or manage advertising budgets as part of our listed services.
7. How to Request a Cancellation Review
Send a written request to our work email with your name, project reference and a short explanation. We will review the project status and applicable written terms before responding.
